What do we collect?
When you submit the test, we receive your operating answers, business name, name, email, and any phone number or website you choose to provide. Your phone number is optional.
If you contact us directly, we also receive the information in your message. Please do not include customer lists, passwords or sensitive information about other people.
What is it used for?
Radar AI Studio uses this information to generate your result, prepare a reviewed report, reply to your enquiry and follow up on your request. Submitted answers and contact details are used in internal emails and customer-management records.
We do not sell your personal information. Taking the test does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
What stays in your browser?
- Test drafts and results: kept only in the current page, without saving them in browser storage. Refreshing returns to the test entry and clears your current answers and results.
- Language preference: saved in your browser and a cookie that lasts up to one year, so the site remembers your language.
- Character mission progress: ticks stay on your device until you reset them or clear browser data. They contain no test answers or contact details.
Clearing browser storage does not delete submitted emails or customer-management records. Contact us about information already submitted.
What can other people see?
Share cards and public character pages show a type code, character name and type description. Partner-comparison links contain two type codes. Anyone can view or forward this public content. It does not include your private answers, business name, name, email or phone number.
We use hosting, email and customer-management services to run the site and handle enquiries. These providers may process necessary information and may operate outside Macau. Website services may also record IP addresses, request times and errors to keep the site running and investigate problems.
External websites and social platforms process information under their own privacy policies when you visit or share there.
How can you manage your information?
You can request access, correction or deletion of submitted information, or ask us to stop related follow-up. Contact info@radaraistudio.com from the email you used to submit. We may need to verify your identity.
Information is retained as needed to prepare reports, handle related follow-up and maintain necessary records. If a deletion request affects records we must legally keep, we will explain the scope and reason.
